Joe came out to install a few fixtures and did fantastic. He was timely and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was done the best it could be done. He enlisted the help of Ethan as well and the two are quite the dynamic duo. Awesome company that I would highly recommend. Their quote on installing a hardwired EV charger was half of what another big chain quoted. Jayden wasn't pushy or salesy at all and they got me booked for a few days later. Ethan and Jayden came out on time ready to work and didn't waste any time doing a super professional install . They were respectful of my property , cleaned up very well, and an all around pleasure as far as contractors go. I would highly recommend them for any and all your electrical needs .

I like this company. Hired them on the thumbtack website. The tech took down two chandelier light fixtures. Replaced them with Mika lighted ceiling fans. Excellent work. Quick turnaround. Fair price.

They previously replaced knob and tube wiring in my house. They are good electricians and figured out ways to accomplish the replacement while minimizing disruption to walls and ceilings. They are very polite and respectful.

Jordan got here on time, work for 2 1/2 hours and got everything straightened out that I had requested. He identified some other problems with the wiring and will be in next week to fix that. I was completely satisfied with the Work that was done today.

Amazing work! They installed all of our custom lighting and ceiling fans. We had a tile backsplash put in and they replaced all of our outlets after installation. I would highly recommend their services. Great work!

Jordan was great! We have an 8' lighting fixture we bought in Turkey that needs to be installed. He spent a lot of time looking at options and where and how to hang. Very knowledgeable and took his time. Also gave us a quote for another project. Highly recommend!
If 10 stars were available, I would have to use it! Jordan arrived at our home 45 minutes after I called. He was so professional and kind. He addressed the problem, fixed it and made a recommendation for all new smoke alarms. I highly recommend this company for any electrical issues. We will use them again when needed.

I would highly recommend Coastal Comfort for your electrical needs. Responded right away. The two workers were efficient and left now signs of them being there even with installing a new electrical line and new light box. The price was lower than any other estimate as well.
Moved into a new contruction home on Wilmington area. Had a few concerns about the electrical (lighting and such) as well as looking to install ceiling fans. Ryan Storey from Coastal Confort Electric LLC came out assessed the issues and remedied the situation while having a professional demeanor. Ryan also answered my questions I had regarding next steps and things to look out for while in the home. I am happy that I called Coastal for my electrical needs. Update: Jordan came to complete an install and was both professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was a great professional.
I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff. They made something that was complicated to me appear easy. I had a new double oven installed in my kitchen which required bigger breakers than my old oven. They also install a new outlet for my TV to hang above my fireplace.

My experience started with Jordan, who was very helpful and made some terrific suggestions for my historic home. They were able to fit me in to their schedule within a week of the initial visit. Jaden and Leo worked all day and did a fantastic job getting through the list of items. I am very pleased with the work and will be calling them again for future projects.

Woke up this morning three bedrooms and master bathroom had no power. Contacted Coastal Comfort Electric and spoke with Jordon. Within two hours Jordan arrived diagnosed the problem that two circuit breakers had failed and needed to be replaced, which he did and got everything up and running. I highly recommend Jordan from Coastal Comfort Electric, fair price and excellent customer service!
